Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote international exchange programs across diverse global markets.
Create engaging and impactful marketing materials, including digital content, promotional campaigns, and social media initiatives, to enhance program visibility and attract a diverse pool of participants.
Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including website content, SEO, and paid advertising, to ensure maximum program exposure and engagement.
Maintain strong communication with program participants, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience throughout the exchange journey.
Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and improve marketing strategies for the international exchange program.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business administration, communications, or a related field.
- Must have proficiency in various platforms, software, and tools, including:
- Digital Marketing like Google Ads or Facebook Ads;
- Social Media Management tools like Hootsuite;
- CRM software like HubSpot;
- Email marketing platforms like Mailchimp;
- Content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or Joomla;
- Basic graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar programs.
IENA (International Exchange of North America) offers an excellent benefits and compensation package including Health, Dental, Retirement and paid vacation.
