Matt here. It’s been a while since I contributed to our blog. Summer Camp hiring season is frantic as usual, and the team are working diligently in the office all hours!
I wanted to share some exciting news. Today IENA received news that our application for designation in the Intern and Trainee J-1 Exchange Visitor categories has been approved.
The Intern Program is designed to allow foreign college and university students or recent graduates to come to the United States to gain exposure to U.S. culture and to receive hands-on experience in U.S. business practices in their chosen occupational field for up to 12 months.
The Trainee Program is designed to allow foreign professionals to come to the United States to gain exposure to U.S. culture and to receive training in U.S. business practices in their chosen occupational field.
