Gail ands I spent last week at the Western Association of Independent Camping (WAIC) Conference which is held annually in the month of November.
This year’s conference was held at Incline Village, Nevada on the shores of Lake Tahoe – about 7,000 miles above sea level!
Lake Tahoe is a beautiful lake and the 2nd deepest lake in North America. The water is crystal clear with a maximum of 1,645 feet. It was an amazing location for this conference!
The Vender Hall was open for 2 days and during that time we had the pleasure of meeting up with some old friends and also making some wonderful new friends – Canoe Island French Camp, Camp Granite Lake, Catalina Island Camps, Cheley Camps, Deer Crossing Camp, Farm Camp, Friendly Pines Camp, Gold Arrow Camp, Jameson Ranch Camp, Kennolyn Camps, Mountain Camp, Mountain Camp Woodside, Pali Adventures, Two Rivers Soccer Camp and Tom Sawyers Camps to name a few.
This is always a very good conference and this one was no exception. We were very happy and honored to be in attendance.
We are hoping to begin working with a few new camps that will allow us to have more camps on the West Coast of the USA to offer to our stellar participants!
This was excellent trip to a truly great part of the USA! Thank you WAIC for having us! Sign us up for next year, which we think will be in Newport Beach, California – Gail ands I are available!!
