Last week, several staff from IENA traveled to Scotland to take part in the World Youth & Travel Conference in Edinburgh. This event brings together hundreds of organizations from all over the globe who work in the Youth & Travel industry. Besides prominent US Visa sponsors such as IENA, there are countless numbers of companies who promote these cultural exchange programs all over the world. This conference gives IENA a chance to meet with many different companies who are just as passionate as us in providing these programs and allows us to begin working on enhancing our programs as well as discussing new ways to collaborate.
We had chances to discuss opening up IENA’s program offerings with organizations from the following countries: China, Peru, Chile, Colombia, Argentina, Lithuania, Russia, Latvia, Belarus, Thailand, Malaysia, Jamaica, Australia, United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Spain, Malta, and many more!
We had a great time learning about Scottish culture as well!
