IT Manager

As the IT Manager, you will be doing a variety of technology-related tasks. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, entrepreneurial thinking, innovation, and working with great people who are a lot of fun, we want you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee our internal IT infrastructure.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and resolve issues.
  • Define project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
  • Design user-friendly interfaces and functionalities.
  • Work with third party vendors, maintain set budgets and forecast project costs.
  • Prepare technical and training manuals.
  • Provide training and support for end-users.
  • Interact with executive leadership to align IT strategy with business strategy whilst adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
  • Assist and advise users to find the most suitable solution for their needs by developing user friendly functionalities and interfaces.
  • Be responsible for working with supervisors and staff in ensuring adherence to standards, and continuously evaluating the effectiveness of application systems.
  • Provide guidance to executives for determining system logistics and strategy for business needs.
  • Analyze problems/needs, research possible solutions and implementations using existing functionality; implement, test, and present solutions and recommend customizations if necessary.
  • Utilize cross-functional collaboration and communication to quickly understand, troubleshoot, find root cause, and resolve system issues.
  • Manage technical resources to ensure that associates can complete deadlines and achieve objectives.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or technical school degree or IT specific certifications.
  • 5+ years proven work experience.
  • Proficient in NetSuite ERP
  • Experience with Atlassian Jira or similar issue/project tracking application(s)
  • Proficient with CMS system
  • Ability to work with multiple technology stacks (such as web, mobile, AWS etc.)
  • Experience with front-end tech stacks including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with front-end framework(s), such as React.
  • Proficiency in multiple back-end languages (such as PHP and JavaScript frameworks including Angular, React, and Node.js).
  • Knowledge of MySQL, web servers (e.g., Apache), AWS
  • Experience with MS Office 365/ Teams, Google, Dropbox, Zoom
  • Experience in hardware support and management.
  • Project management
  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet demanding deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and self-motivated learning abilities
