Welcome to IENA
International Exchange of North America (IENA) was established in 1995 to arrange reciprocal international work exchange programs to and from the USA for college students, recent graduates and others. We sponsor participants from around the globe — United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Serbia, Poland, Russia, Ukraine, Canada, Thailand, China, Romania, Peru, Argentina and more — to come and work in the USA for periods of 4 to 12 months.
IENA is designated by the US Department of State to sponsor several J-1 visa categories. We also work closely with our overseas Partners to develop opportunities for US students and others to work and travel in other countries
IENA has offices in Connecticut and Washington, DC.
